It’s been a while since I (we) sing in a big stage. So it’s a nice surprise when we were contacted to be one of the performers in Jakarta New Year Concert 2014. With maestro Ananda Sukarlan, Indonesia’s premiere orchestra the Nusantara Symphony Orchestra under the direction of conductor-extraordinaire Edward Van Ness, and some of Indonesia’s finest young musicians, we really have to practice hard to perform our finest.

Why don’t you come and join us, in this celebration of youth to mark the beginning of the year 2014. We will sing two compositions of Ananda Sukarlan: Bentangkan Sayapmu, Indonesia (lyrics by poet Ilham Malayu) and Krawang-Bekasi (lyrics from the famous poem of Khairil Anwar).
